Terry is the principal & founder of COMPASS Retirement Planning Solutions. I am a licensed insurance broker for Life & Health insurance in the following states:

• New Hampshire
• Vermont
• Connecticut

In 2022 I earned the RICP Retirement Income Certified Professional designation from The American College of Financial Advisors. What is an RICP? This important designation signifies a financial advisor has advanced education and specialized knowledge in retirement income planning, and is committed to professional and ethical best practices.

I have two daughters and six grandchildren. I enjoy pickleball, hiking, wild food foraging & reading. Before moving to N.H. in early 2024 I lived in CT. since 2014 where I started my insurance career. Prior to that I was the president of a land development co. in N.C. for almost 20 yrs. Before that I owned a display advertising company for 8 yrs. that worked with Chambers of Commerce throughout the Southeast. I sold it to a friend who had great success with it for over 20 yrs.
